The Record is now the Chronicle

This page was called The Record. Enough people read that as their record, the tally of what they had won and lost, that the name was doing the opposite of its job.

It is the Chronicle now.

Every old link still works and always will. /record and /changelog both send you here, and so does any entry you had shared: /record/terror lands on /chronicle/terror. There is a test that fails if that ever stops being true, because a shared link that dies is worse than a page that was never written.

The rename also took ninety-nine strings out of the copy audit without saying so, because the folder they live in moved and nothing checked that the folder still had anything in it. The audit passed, on a corpus seven per cent smaller, and the only symptom was a number nobody would have compared. It now refuses to run on an empty corpus at all. An empty corpus is a broken path, not a pass.
